The project of executing and reinforcing the stone transport tunnel of Nghi Son Cement Factory; the length of the factory tunnel was 2.2 kilometers.

Nghi Son Cement Company was the Joint Venture of Vietnam Cement Corporation and two Japanese multinational corporations those were Taiheiyo Cement Company and Mitsubishi Material. This Joint Venture was established on April 11th 1995. In July 2000, Vietnamese and Japanese employees and officers brought the biggest investment project from Japan to Vietnam, including one main factory in Thanh Hoa and one Distribution Station in Ho Chi Minh City together with the sales system to officially go into production and business.
