On 25th, February 2017, the investor – Deo Ca Investment ,.JSC, CMH Group and SBRC has officially held the Ground-breaking Ceremony to start Hai Van 2 Expansion project, package HV2-XL2.1
Hai Van Road Tunnel Expansion Project has a length of 6.2 km, width 9.75 m, static tunnel of 5 m, 2 lanes, maximum speed allowed 70 km / h. The completion of the project shall give a significant socio-economic impact and reduce traffic jam.
