CMH Group successfully held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023
On April 28, 2023, at its head office, CMH Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company – CMH Group (stock code CMS) successfully held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023.The General Meeting approved important contents such as the Report of the Board of Directors; Report of the Board of Management; Report of the Audit Committee; Business results in 2022 and business plan in 2023; The Company’s audited 2022 financial statements and the 2022 profit distribution plan; Report on selection of auditor for financial statements in 2023; Report on the allocation of proceeds from the private placement of shares to increase the Company’s charter capital in 2022; Amended Charter of the Company, Regulations on Internal Governance of the Company, Operational Regulations of the Board of Directors and election of members of the Board of Directors for 2023-2028 term.
