CMH Group has been assigned to carry out site preparation and technical infrastructure construction for the Hoa Xuan Commercial Center Project (Hoa Xuan) in Cam Le Ward, Da Nang City. According to the contract, the scope of work includes key items such as site clearance and earthworks for a 10-hectare area; construction of water supply and drainage systems, power supply and lighting systems, and internal road networks. The construction commenced in July 2025 and is scheduled for completion in February 2026.
During implementation, the construction site has faced numerous challenges due to adverse weather conditions caused by Storm No. 3 and Storm No. 4, as well as widespread flooding in the area. However, with a strong spirit of determination, the Site Management Board and all staff and workers have organized construction activities in a flexible and well-coordinated manner, operating under a three-shift, four-team working arrangement. By taking advantage of every favorable weather window, resources have been mobilized to accelerate construction progress while ensuring quality standards as required by the Investor.
The Hoa Xuan construction site serves as a driving force and an important foundation for CMH Group to participate in similar projects in the future.
