JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage construction timeline, supervise the project to ensure the timeline and quality of projects
• Build the plan and execute the appropriate construction method
• Supervise the construction and interior design supplies
• Manage the team
• Directly work with suppliers
• Daily report about project timeline, quality, workload and other issues
• Cooperate and actively solve the problem at the construction site
• Give warning about quality, workload, timeline of the project and suggest the solution
• Check the quality and workload to make payment for suppliers
• Manage the paperwork in accordance with the Company’s Compliance and Project’s Compliance
• Other tasks in accordance with Board of Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Construction
• At least 3 years of experience at the construction site
• Skillful at AutoCAD, Word, Excel and other related software
• Understand the construction drawings
• Deeply understand about supplies and materials in construction
• Fast, good stress-bearer, work well in team or alone
